1980 Omega Speedmaster Moonwatch 145.022 Unpolished

Up for grabs is an Omega Speedmaster Moon Watch

145.022-78 reference with copper caliber 861 movement

448206XX serial number circa 1980 production.

Excellent, sharp condition case with crisp and defined lugs. Case is unpolished and very clean without major scratches or dings. 

Dial is excellent, tritium, damage free, with nice patina on plots and hands. 

Original hesalite crystal with logo in center.

Bezel is in excellent vintage condition, minor signs of wear.

Bracelet is excellent original 1171 with 633 ends. Fits about a 7.5″ wrist. 

Caseback is in excellent condition, correctly stamped 145.022-78

Watch comes with its original plastic Omega Speedmaster box. It is missing the outer box and also the holder inside. It presents no value added to this set, but is included since that’s how it was found. No other accessories.  

Chrono runs and resets back to 0. Timekeeping within -4 seconds per day and ~200 amplitude.
