145.022-69 reference caliber 861
284269XX serial number circa 1969 production
Excellent vintage condition case shows signs of wear and age, but appears to be unpolished with sharp edges and defined lugs. No corrosion or pitting.
Dial is original, step, with nice patina throughout. Hands are original, tritium with matching patina to the dial.
Caseback is original with nice and clear outer engraving. Inside is stamped 145.02-69.
Original DON bezel shows signs of age and wear, but not major dings or dents.
Omega OEM hesalite crystal with logo in center.
Watch comes on unworn vintage leather strap.
No box or papers. No documented history. Chrono runs, stops, and resets. Watch runs at +4 seconds per day at ~290 amplitude.
